Terms of service
Last updated October 7, 2026.
Rallyly is operated by Hardt LabWorks LLC ("Hardt LabWorks", "we", "us"). These terms apply to the Rallyly website at rallyly.com and the Rallyly application at rallyly.app (together, "Rallyly"). By creating an account or booking through a coach's Rallyly page you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Rallyly.
1. Who can use Rallyly
Coaches must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Students use Rallyly to book and pay for lessons with a coach; a parent or guardian acts for a student under 18. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for everything done through your account.
2. What Rallyly provides
For coaches, Rallyly is a subscription service: a public booking page, a calendar for lessons and clinics, student records, payment collection and tracking, and messaging. For students, Rallyly is free to use. Students pay their coach, not Hardt LabWorks.
3. Subscriptions, trial and billing
- Plans and prices are shown on the pricing page in US dollars (USD).
- Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial. You enter a card at signup. You are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel at any point before then at no cost.
- When the trial ends, the plan you chose begins and renews automatically each billing period until you cancel.
- You can switch billing intervals from your billing settings. The change applies at your next renewal; we do not prorate.
- If a payment fails, we will email you and retry. If it still fails, your subscription ends and your account is kept so you can start a new subscription.
- We may change prices. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before a change applies to your subscription.
- Subscription charges are made by Hardt LabWorks LLC through Stripe and appear on card statements as Rallyly.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your billing settings in Rallyly. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for and are not charged again. Refunds are described in the refund and cancellation policy, which is part of these terms.
5. Payments between students and coaches
Card payments for lessons are processed through the coach's own Stripe account. The coach is the merchant; Hardt LabWorks is not a party to the transaction and does not hold the money. Coaches set their own prices, cancellation windows and refund terms, which are shown when a student books. Coaches may also record payments made outside Rallyly, such as cash, Venmo or Zelle. Coaches using card payments agree to Stripe's terms for connected accounts.
6. Your data
You own what you put into Rallyly. You give us permission to store and process it so we can run the service. Coaches are responsible for having the right to enter their students' details and for using them only to run their coaching business. How we handle personal information is explained in the privacy policy. If you want a copy of your data, email us and we will provide it.
7. Acceptable use
Use Rallyly lawfully and only for its purpose. Do not send unsolicited messages through it, try to access other people's accounts or data, interfere with the service, or copy it by automated means. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules or does not pay.
8. Changes and availability
We improve Rallyly continuously and may add, change or remove features. We aim to keep Rallyly available at all times but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. If we discontinue the service, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to export your data.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Rallyly is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost income from lessons. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Ending your account
You can close your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and emailing us. We may close accounts that breach these terms. Sections 5, 6 and 9 survive closure.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and disputes will be heard in its courts.
12. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or inside Rallyly before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Rallyly after that means you accept the new terms. The current version is always at rallyly.com/terms; the application is at rallyly.app.
