Privacy policy
Last updated October 7, 2026.
This policy explains what personal information Rallyly collects, how we use it and who we share it with. Rallyly is operated by Hardt LabWorks LLC, which is responsible for this information. It covers rallyly.com, the application at rallyly.app and coaches' public booking pages.
What we collect
- Account details. Name, email address and, if you give it, phone number, for coaches, students and parents.
- Coaching business information. What a coach sets up: locations, session types, prices, availability and the content of their booking page.
- Student records. Details a coach enters about their students, or a student enters when booking: contact details, group membership, notes the coach keeps, attendance and credits.
- Bookings and payments. What was booked, when, its status, and payment records: amount, status, and how it was paid. Card numbers go directly to Stripe; we never receive or store them.
- Messages. Messages sent through Rallyly between coaches and their students or parents.
- Technical data. IP address, browser and device information, and logs of requests, used for security and to keep the service working.
- Notification settings. Email preferences and, if a coach turns on push notifications, the browser subscription needed to deliver them.
How we use it
- To run Rallyly: show schedules, take bookings, record payments, deliver messages.
- To send email you need: booking confirmations, reminders, receipts, billing notices, sign-in links and changes to the service or these policies.
- To answer support requests.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations such as tax and payment records.
We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who sees it
- Coaches and their students. A coach sees the records of their own students. A student sees their coach's business information, their own bookings, payments and messages.
- Service providers that process data for us: Stripe (card payments and subscription billing), Supabase (database and sign-in), Render (hosting), and Postmark (email delivery). Push notifications are delivered by the service built into your browser. Each provider only handles what it needs for its job.
- When the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
- If Hardt LabWorks is sold or merged, the new owner takes on this policy's obligations and we will tell you.
Cookies
Rallyly uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember where to send you after sign-in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. If that changes we will update this policy first.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is open. After an account is closed we delete or anonymise personal information within 90 days, except records we must keep for tax, payment or legal reasons, which we keep only as long as the law requires.
Security
Connections to Rallyly are encrypted with HTTPS. Access to data is limited to the people and systems that need it. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe, which is certified to the PCI standards. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your information.
Your choices and rights
You can see and update your account details inside Rallyly. You can ask us to send you a copy of your information, correct it or delete it by emailing support@rallyly.com. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under state privacy laws; we honour requests from anyone regardless of location. If you are a student, your coach holds the records they created about you, so you may also want to contact them. We will respond within 30 days.
Children
Rallyly accounts are for adults. Students under 18 are entered by their coach or booked by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13; if you believe we have, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and, for changes that matter, tell you by email or inside Rallyly before they take effect.
