Independent tennis coaches spend too much time managing the business around their coaching.

A coach with forty students and three courts is running a real business. Most of them run it on a calendar app, a payment app, a notes app and a very long text thread. It works, until it does not: the clinic that was overbooked, the student who swears they paid, the reminder nobody sent.

None of this is coaching. All of it eats evenings.

The mission

Make running a tennis coaching business dramatically simpler. One system that holds the schedule, the students, the payments and the conversations, built for a single coach first rather than cut down from something made for a club.

Who is behind it

Rallyly is built by a small team with a long background in software and a family of tennis players. We watched good coaches lose hours every week to admin, and built the thing we kept wishing they had. We talk to coaches constantly and the product follows what they tell us.

What we are not doing yet

Clubs, academies and multi-coach operations are on the roadmap. At launch, Rallyly is for independent coaches in the United States, and we would rather be excellent for them than adequate for everyone.
