Who is Rallyly for?
Independent tennis coaches in the US who run their own business: private lessons, semi-private lessons and clinics, often at more than one location. If you are currently stitching together a calendar, a payment app, texts and a spreadsheet, Rallyly is built for you.
What types of lessons can I manage?
Private lessons, semi-private lessons and group clinics, including recurring sessions. Each lesson type has its own price, length and location so students see exactly what they are booking.
Can students book themselves?
Yes. Every coach gets a public booking page at rallyly.app/book/your-name. Students pick an available time or an open clinic spot, pay, and get a confirmation without texting you first.
Can I teach at multiple locations?
Yes. Add each club, park, school or private court once, attach lessons and clinics to a location, and your schedule shows them together. Students see where to meet you in every booking and reminder.
How do payments work?
Students pay when they book, by card through Stripe. Payouts go to your bank account, and every booking shows its payment status so you are never chasing who still owes you.
Can I manage waitlists?
Yes. When a clinic fills, students can join the waitlist. If a spot opens up, the next student is offered it automatically.
Can I communicate with students?
Yes. Message students from Rallyly, and let it send booking confirmations, reminders and cancellation notices for you.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You can cancel before it ends and you will not be charged.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your subscription starts on the plan you chose at signup. Your schedule, students and booking page carry straight over; nothing is reset.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time from your billing settings. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Do my students need an account?
Students create a lightweight account the first time they book so they can see upcoming lessons, pay and manage cancellations. There is no cost to students.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Switch billing intervals from your billing settings; the change applies at your next renewal.
Is Rallyly only for independent coaches?
Today, yes. Rallyly is built around how an independent coach works. Support for multi-coach businesses, clubs and academies is on the roadmap, but it is not what we are optimising for at launch.
